Our November 1st cooking demo featured Sukiyaki, a comforting hot pot from Japan prepared Kansai-style in a donabe. This beloved dish balanced sweet and savory flavors through a simmering blend of soy sauce, sugar, sake, and tender beef—showcasing the warmth and harmony of Japanese recipes.

Our October 25th cooking demo featured Takoyaki, one of Japan’s most iconic street foods. These golden, octopus-filled bites showcased Osaka’s signature style — crisp on the outside, tender and creamy inside — finished with Takoyaki sauce, Japanese mayo, and bonito flakes.
