Irish-Japanese Fusion Recipes

Why Fusion!

Because life rarely comes in a single flavor.

Osamu and I—we live where cultures overlap, where traditions meet and gently reshape one another. We are part of that quiet blending.

My roots stretch in many directions—Irish, Scottish, German, Czech—and, if you asked my great aunt Peggy, Native American as well…spirited Sooners woven into the tale.

Fusion isn’t complicated. It’s just life, well-seasoned.
